In the 1970's, we wore Prisoner of War (P.O.W.) bracelets. Today, we also keep others in our memories; Victims of Terrorism and Military Casualties. To keep the memory alive of those who have died at the hands of terrorists or fighting terrorism, we now also wear Memorial Bracelets. I purchased the bracelet after seeing Shoshana on the news. She looked so frightened and I could not get the image of her out of my head. My brother was in the Vietnam War and I wore a bracelet for a POW then also. I am so very happy I only wore this bracelet 4 days. I wore the other one much longer, but happily he returned home also.
