In the 1970's, we wore Prisoner of War (P.O.W.) bracelets. Today, we also keep others in our memories; Victims of Terrorism and Military Casualties. To keep the memory alive of those who have died at the hands of terrorists or fighting terrorism, we now also wear Memorial Bracelets. I ordered the bracelets because I have a son in the army in Iraq and I had them from the Vietnam war also and I wore them proudly for years and still sometimes get them out and wear them. People ask me what they are for and I am happy to tell them what they stand for. I ordered 2. 1 for me and 1 for my 17yr old son.
