In the 1970's, we wore Prisoner of War (P.O.W.) bracelets. Today, we also keep others in our memories; Victims of Terrorism and Military Casualties. To keep the memory alive of those who have died at the hands of terrorists or fighting terrorism, we now also wear Memorial Bracelets. Although it will make me a little sad everytime someone asks me about it, I will wear it proudly to honor my brother. I think it was a wonderful idea to come up with V.O.T. bracelets similar to the P.O.W. bracelets so that people are always aware that those we love & miss will not be forgotten, nor will what happened to them. - Sharon S.
