In the 1970's, we wore Prisoner of War (P.O.W.) bracelets. Today, we also keep others in our memories; Victims of Terrorism and Military Casualties. To keep the memory alive of those who have died at the hands of terrorists or fighting terrorism, we now also wear Memorial Bracelets.
People from all over the country are wearing bracelets from Memorial Bracelets located at www.memorialbracelets.com for their own very personal reasons. Below are some of the stories that we have received.

For SSG Darran Cunningham
SSG Darran Cunningham died six hours after they told him he could retire and go home his job was done ! Darren was great Father a great friend and foremost a great solider.
Darren was my friend in Korea. I love his laugh and sense of humor. Today I am speaking before a class of graduates at the UAS Center. I am going to tell them about Darren and ask that they remember him on Memorial Day and as they deploy with their aircraft to protect the force. Thank you for remembering him by wearing the bracelet.
